IT Services Agent

A back-office and customer-facing AI for a B2B IT services business — remote Windows diagnostics through a secure broker, CRM with stakeholder tagging, quote generation, marketing scheduling, and a web-design intake wizard.

Diagnostics through a broker, never direct

Remote Windows diagnostics — crash analysis, event logs, drive health, update and servicing state — run through a secure broker channel rather than any direct access to a customer machine. The agent reads diagnostics and proposes; it does not reach in and act unsupervised.

CRM that tags itself

Inbound contact is filed and tagged by stakeholder automatically, so the relationship picture stays current without manual upkeep.

Quotes + marketing

A quote-generation pipeline turns a scoped request into a draft quote for human review; marketing across social and email is scheduled and drafted, never auto-blasted.

Read and propose; act on confirmation.

Diagnostics and quotes are prepared by the agent and signed off by a person — the same read-vs-write gate as the rest of the platform.

This page will be expanded with further detail on the diagnostics and installer tooling.

What’s open source

Built on the open-source Pandora’s Box platform and its public capability modules (conductor + the task-agent modules). The tenant-specific business logic and content for this project are private — this page documents the methods, not a public drop of the project itself.
