Real-time avatar customer-services agent on a 55-inch touchscreen kiosk, run locally on a single GPU. Safeguarding alerts, human handoff, and a daily whitelisted knowledge refresh.
Muse in Teams
Muse joins a Microsoft Teams call as a real participant: a branded camera-and-voice avatar that takes turns, answers aloud, reads the shared screen, remembers in an Obsidian vault, and writes the minutes.
Personal AI
Cross-tenant personal assistant with secure mobile-first interface. Voice, email, calendar, files, remote browser control. Reads everything, writes only with confirmation.

Wall-mounted display + AR overlays + animated avatar tutor for classroom / training-suite installations.
Remote estate monitoring
Watching a remote rural holding without industrialising it: a measured 3D survey layer built from open national LiDAR at 50 cm, with every tree extracted by height and crown spread, drone survey on fixed waypoints with automatic ingest, locally recorded cameras on an isolated segment, LoRaWAN soil and weather sensors, and an archive built to outlive the hardware. Tags live in world coordinates, so the model can be replaced without losing a single record. Observes; never acts.
Now in build: the on-site estate box runs the local AI agent and its console, and the 3D survey layer is live.
Estate survey drone
A 9-inch airframe converted to survey its own ground. Nadir and oblique photogrammetry on fixed waypoints, with a printed payload whose camera pivots and locks at three angles.
Now in build: the aircraft is assembled and bench-tested, with the first manual test flight next.
